Priyanka Chopra - The quiet sufferer!

Actress Priyanka Chopra, who was in the southern hill station Coorg, shooting for Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Seta Khoon Maaf’, was quite saddened by the news that her paternal Grandmother has passed away. As the actress was in a tight shooting schedule, she could not say anything to the unit of the film. Nevertheless, according to sources, since it was mandatory for the
actress to go to Delhi, to be with the family for the last rites, she had to tell them.
At first however, she was quite hesitant to leave the shooting schedule, knowing very well that it would upset everybody’s routine. The director, who was supportive, asked her to leave immediately, and said that they would wait for her return. Priyanka Chopra is such a dedicated professional, that she never tells the unit of the film that she is shooting for, anything about her personal problems.
This has always been the case with her, even when she was shooting for Rohan Sippy’s ‘Bluff master’; her dad had been diagnosed with liver problems. She had not told anyone about it, until things had gone out of control. However, thankfully, everything was all right later. However, for now, our condolences for the sad demise of the actress’ grandmother are with her.
